Padel is a sport that is a combination of tennis & squash. It is played in doubles on an enclosed court surrounded by glass & metal mesh. It is 1/3 of a tennis court’s size.
The ball can bounce off any wall but can only touch the turf once before being returned. The ball is hit with a stringless racket with an elastic surface & holes.
The court is 20m long, 10m wide, with back walls made from glass with the height of 3m. The glass sidewalls are made with 4m high glass or another solid material. The rest of the court is made of metal mesh up to a height of 4m.
